Burley Manor is a Grade II listed building set in front of Burley Park in Burley, one of the New Forest’s most popular and characterful villages. The current Burley Manor was built in 1852, but it has a history which goes back to before the Domesday book of 1086. The current interior works encompass the creation of a striking and Mediterranean-inspired restaurant alongside the full refurbishment of all the bedrooms, creating a welcoming and relaxing inspirational space.
Our inspiration for the interiors was to retain the heritage and fascinating history of the building whilst providing a bold and eclectic mix of the rich colourways of Farrow & Ball, eccentric artwork and fabric choices including William Morris, Casamance, Turnell & Gigon and Zimmer & Rohde. Complementing these elements, period antique furniture has been sourced, hand-refurbished and brought in to complete the transformation – creating truly unique spaces in which to put your feet up and relax for a few days!
